Join CFHILL at Market Art Fair from May 17–19 to experience the latest creations of one of Sweden's most cherished artists, Marie-Louise Ekman.
Ekman, known for highlighting everyday absurdities and human relationships with humor and directness, will exhibit her latest works created in collaboration with the world's leading glass studio Berengo in Murano, Venice. In her works, Ekman often uses iconic symbols such as the dog, the book, the lamp, the woman, and the man to explore the absurdity of the mundane. Her ability to portray complex and thought-provoking scenarios in her artworks has resulted in acclaimed exhibitions both in Sweden and internationally, including recent shows at the Moderna Museet and soon at the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts.
